ICE WINE HARVEST 2023
Cool harvested at a crisp -10°C
Amid freezing temperatures below minus 10 degrees, we experienced an outstanding ice wine harvest in December, an event that ranks among the top of our harvests in terms of quality. With a harvest of over 9,000 liters, we confirm our status as one of the leading ice wine producers. The excellent quality of the grapes makes cellar work easier and gives us hope for an exceptional 2023 vintage. The production of ice wine, one of our specialties, is becoming increasingly challenging due to climate change. We are all the more pleased to be able to offer this special wine from our winery, which already has the potential to become a highlight of the year.
